Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund.

How to request a refund: Email hello@aquaunica.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We reply within 48–72 hours. In most cases we issue a full refund without requiring you to ship the item back. If a return is ever needed, we will tell you first and provide instructions — you will never be charged return shipping without agreeing to it in advance.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Refund timing: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We process them within 10 business days; your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Order cancellation: Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will cancel and refund in full, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
