Welcome to Aqua Unica. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are: Aqua Unica is operated by Colossus Digital LLC, a Delaware (USA) limited liability company. Contact: hello@aquaunica.com.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or use this site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and pricing: All prices are in US dollars. We work to keep product information accurate, but occasional errors in pricing or descriptions can occur; if an error affects your order we will contact you and offer the choice to proceed at the corrected terms or receive a full refund.

Orders: We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, where fraud is suspected — in which case you will be refunded in full.

Shipping and refunds: Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property: Content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
